If you want to primarily FIND routes made by other motorcycle riders, apps like REVER are a good starting point.
If you want to PLAN your own routes, apps like Calimoto and gpx.studio are great “from scratch” options.
If you want to navigate from a gpx route, a combination of apps might be needed to find and then actually navigate with a gpx route. For example, creating a route in Calimoto and then using navigation functions or making a route in Calimoto and using a dedicated GPS unit like a Garmin or Beeline might be your best bet.
